Harper Gruzins is a young singer-songwriter and actress from Coppell, TX. She recently completed taping for season 5 of iShine Knect which airs on TBN and other affiliated TV stations. She’s a featured artist to tour with iShine Live in the spring of 2014.

She has been singing for as long as she’s been talking. Having learned the guitar and piano, Harper is able to write songs that seem amazingly deep for her age, yet still reflect her youthful outlook on life. The amount of emotion that she portrays in her performances has a convincing familiarity that causes her audiences to forget that she is so young. Harper’s keen ear and ability to learn quickly have given her a vast arsenal of genres to feel comfortable with contemporary Christian to country to indie pop.

Harper’s captivating performances, soulful voice, and ability to write meaningful music have landed her opportunities to perform at venues like Arlington Music Hall, The Grapevine Opry, and House of Blues. She has also been a featured artist in “A Night of Hope and Inspiration” at the Caldwell Auditorium in Tyler (TX), “Celebrate Freedom” at South Fork Ranch in Parker (TX), “100 Year Hadley Park Anniversary and July 4th Celebration” at Historic Hadley Park in Nashville (TN), “VFW Freedom Festival” at John C. Lott Park in Lytle (TX)  and “Lerado Day” at the US Capitol in Washington (DC).

Her dedication and hard work have also given her opportunities to share the stage with many mainstream musicians like BET Sundays Best season five winner Joshua Rogers, American Idol season three finalist George Huff, and Nashville Star season six finalist Gabe Garcia.

Her original song “I’ve Got A Dream” has been played by radio stations in several major cities across the United States. Inspired by difficult events, Harper has been given a platform to encourage others and take a stand against bullying and has appeared on many different radio and television programs  including Good Morning America (ABC), The Gene & Julie Show in Dallas (CBS Radio), FOX News and CBS News.
